Company information
SC COBOR ACCOMMODATION SRL (hereinafter referred to as Gospodăria Cobor) rents rooms for accommodation and provides additional services to guests.
Service description
Gospodăria Cobor offers accommodation in holiday homes, along with additional guest services, including meals at our own restaurant, Șura-n Bucate – a local gastronomic point. Gospodăria Cobor also provides detailed information about its offerings, both online and offline.
Booking a reservation
Reservations can be made through our online booking system, third-party platforms, via email, or by phone. To complete the booking process, a confirmation email or written message from Gospodăria Cobor is required. This confirmation constitutes a binding contract between Gospodăria Cobor and the guest, ensuring that all booking details are agreed upon by both parties. Therefore, only reservations that have received this written confirmation are considered valid and guaranteed.
For full property bookings, please contact us before making a reservation to receive personalized offers. Gospodăria Cobor is primarily intended for adults (Adults only), and the access of children (persons under 18) is allowed only during certain periods of the year, announced on our social media channels.

Rates and prices
All rates and prices are displayed on the Gospodăria Cobor website.
Payment
Upon completing the contract through booking, full payment is required via bank transfer, credit card, or cash at the reception in LEI.
At the Șura-n Bucate Gastronomic Point, we accept cash payments in LEI and card payments via Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.
Deposit
Gospodăria Cobor reserves the right to request a refundable deposit for any damages or additional cleaning costs. This deposit will be fully refunded either on the day of departure or within one week of departure via bank transfer or cash, after the accommodation unit has been handed over in proper condition. In case of additional costs for damages or ordered services, these will be deducted from the deposit at the time of refund.
Cancellation / Modification of reservation
Cancellations are allowed before the rental period begins and must be made in writing. The cancellation date will be considered the day Gospodăria Cobor receives the written notification. In case of cancellation or no-show, the following conditions apply:
- Up to 60 days before the reservation period: no cancellation fee
- Up to 30 days before the reservation period: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total confirmed rental cost will be charged
- Up to 7 days before the reservation period: a cancellation fee of 75% of the total confirmed rental cost will be charged
- Less than 7 days before the reservation period: the total confirmed rental cost will be charged
For event bookings (weddings, baptisms, team-building, conferences, or other events), special cancellation policies may apply.
After canceling a reservation, the advance payment will be refunded to guests according to the mentioned terms, within 30 days. Special terms for events will be communicated separately and will apply to the specific event.
Meals
Breakfast is included in the accommodation package. Additional meals: lunch and dinner can be purchased in the restaurant area for an extra charge, with a prior order. Generally, lunch and dinner are designed as fixed menus, but dietary preferences or allergies will be considered. Meal and bar operation schedules will be communicated to clients via on-site display.
Consuming food brought from outside the location is prohibited.
Alcoholic beverages
Gospodăria Cobor holds its own bar license and complies with applicable legal provisions regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages. We do not serve alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years old.
Bringing external beverages into the location is strictly prohibited.
Activities at Gospodăria Cobor
The location is in a rural, hilly area, suitable for individuals familiar with the specific activities, conditions, and risks of this landscape. Upon guest request, we can organize bonfires in the yard, bicycle rides, nature picnics, wine tastings, and massage sessions.
Access to activities and relaxation areas may be limited and may involve additional costs, according to the rates displayed on our website or at the reception. Additionally, activities in the relaxation areas are optional.
Gospodăria Cobor reserves the right to restrict certain areas within the location from guest access.
Guest obligations
The guest is responsible for maintaining the accommodation unit and its inventory, using it only for its intended purpose. Subletting to third parties is prohibited without the written consent of Gospodăria Cobor. Upon departure, the accommodation unit must be left in order and a reasonable state of cleanliness. The number of accommodated persons cannot exceed the number specified in the rental contract, and children are included in this number. Additional persons are not accepted without the written consent of Gospodăria Cobor. Setting up tents or caravans on the property and installing extra beds in the house without prior agreement is prohibited.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation unit can be taken over starting at 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, the unit must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Upon arrival, the guest must check the inventory of the accommodation unit and report any deficiencies to Gospodăria Cobor within 12 hours to be rectified. Any complaints related to the accommodation unit must be immediately communicated to Gospodăria Cobor; late complaints will not be considered.
The guest must take care of the accommodation unit and its inventory and inform Gospodăria Cobor of any damages occurring during the stay, being responsible for the payment of necessary repairs or compensations.
General provisions
If a term of the contract and/or these general commercial conditions becomes invalid, the rest of the contract remains in force. Any regulatory gaps will be completed in accordance with the remaining terms. Verbal agreements are valid only if confirmed in writing by Gospodăria Cobor. All information is provided based on Gospodăria Cobor’s best available knowledge without guaranteeing its accuracy.
The place of execution and the competent court for any disputes is Brașov.
Data processing
SC COBOR ACCOMMODATION SRL, based in Cobor village, Ticușu commune, no. 199, Brașov County, registered at the Trade Registry Office under no. J8/254/22.01.2019, tax code: 40468281, processes personal data at its company headquarters with the same address based on your consent for advertising, marketing, publicity, statistics, and sales. According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, applicable from May 25, 2018, you have the right to request information about personal data related to the data subject, access to it, rectification or deletion or restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Right of access: The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, the category thereof, the purpose, the period for which the data sought, and the right of access to those data are processed.
Right to rectification: The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her and the completion of incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay if the data subject withdraws the consent on which the processing is based.
Right to restrict processing: The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing in cases where you have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing of personal data in the following cases:
- Inaccurate processing
- Unlawful processing
- Exercise of the right to object
Right to data portability: The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where processing is based on consent. The data subject has the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.
Right to object: The data subject has the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her, including profiling based on those provisions, with regard to direct marketing.
Processing of personal data
Your personal data are processed during our contractual relationship and, upon completion, for at least the period required by applicable law, including, but not limited to, archiving provisions. The processing of personal data is always based either on the execution of the contracts concluded with us, the need to comply with a legal obligation, legitimate interest, or major public interest, or, where appropriate, on your consent if you have expressed your choice in this regard. This consent is given voluntarily and can be revoked in writing to SC COBOR ACCOMMODATION SRL, based in Cobor village, Ticușu commune, no. 199, Brașov County, registered at the Trade Registry Office under no. J8/254/22.01.2019, tax code: 40468281, or by sending an email to contact@gospodariacobor.ro and will take effect as soon as possible.
